wrong cereal!

  • I accidentally put DS's Kashi Heart to Heart in my bowl this morning instead of my Go Lean. I didn't even realize it until I had some in my mouth. It was all mixed in with my fruit and cottage cheese so I ate it anyway and now I feel weird. Maybe it is just in my head? (anxiety) or will it actually mess me up for the day?
  • relax. it's not life or death... just keep going.
  • Thin, it can make you have some blood sugar reactions, but don't let it get to you. Just have a little more protein in your next snack/meal, and see how you feel. If you have the jitters or get cravings, you might need a couple days of P1 to get back on plan.
