7 - 4 hours cycling
8 - 2 hours cycling; 1.5 hours walking
9 - 1 hour walking; 20 minutes yoga

11 - 60 minutes walking; 30 minutes strengthening/weights

13 - 90 minute yoga class
14- 45 minutes walking
15 - 95 minutes walking;
