Tonights

2 slices ww with olive oil and pepper
WW rice with peppers and soy sauce
Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt

30 mins wii
30 mins jogging/walking

Best day of eating I have had for awhile.

B: Canadian bacon and egg pita pocket, sugar free latte
L: chicken breast with puttanesca sauce, whole wheat pasta
D: beef and mushroom kabobs, brown rice

Probably some strawberries and mascarpone later. I'm not going to make myself miserable anymore.

I'm off to stock my cupboards tomorrow. I'm taking the book along and making a list.
Anyone have a favorite whole grain?

2Bees-I love spelt but it takes a really long time to cook and I don't have a lot of recipes for it so I don't actually eat it alot. A lot of people like quinoa but I'm not crazy about it by itself. I make a millet/quinoa dish that I like pretty well.

That beef and mushroom kabob recipe I made last night was really good. Not really hard to do but took a little time because you have to marinate the meat and the vegetables. I will probably make it again. That's in the original sonoma book-I think its even a Wave 1 recipe. I think all of us who use Sonoma materials probably have favorite recipes we can tell you about.
