Here's how I did today.
B: Baked eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, sugar free latte
L: smoky slow cooker chili, roasted green beans, piece of multigrain bread
D: shrimp fried rice, glass of chardonnay.
Just had a craving for baked eggs this morning. Can't explain that. Never had the extra fruit last night but probably will tonight. I'm working this weekend. Trying to finish up the Christmas stuff, get packed, it's crazy.
