Hi:
I'm home from NM, and I don't think I've gained any. We ate large for breakfast, then modestly throughout the day. We had a great 3 mile hike in the mountains today.
Nancy, I've been thinking of eating essentially the same thing everyday:
Oatmeal for breakfast
Protein shake, or similar for lunch
Salad and protein for dinner
With snacks chosen depending upon whether I'm lifting weights or not. I have read that eating the same thing (within some reason) can help move off a plateau.
