My eating has been terrible...
It seems to only take a few days of eating bad to put on 3-4 pounds...
I am going to try to come up with a healthy routine for
breakfast & lunch & snacks and then make
some new dinner recipes that are Core or Southbeach type of recipes.
Do any of you eat similar things for breakfast & lunch everyday??
Maybe I could do this
Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - Left overs from recipe night before or Frozen entree (300 cal)
Dinner - cook heathy dinner (core ,south beach, cooking light)
Snacks - Fruit
