Question 0-point items on Core

Hi!

I'm sure this question has been posted dozens of times, so I apologize in advance. If a food has a value of 0 points but is NOT on the list of Core foods (i.e., fat-free beef hot dog, one of the varieties of Wasa bread), how do you count it on Core?

What i've been doing is if I have ONE serving of it, I don't count it. But if I have two servings, I count it as 1 point.

I'll ask my leader about this at my next meeting (Saturday), but I'd like to know what people have to say until then.

Thank you!

That's exactly what I do. I use fat free 1/2 & 1/2 in my morning coffee which is 0 points for one serving but if I use 2 the points - 1 and I'll count that point in my WPA. I usually try to stay with just the one serving so I don't have to count that point
