Default Cereals

Hey everyone!

I'm going to be starting Phase 2 on Monday, and I was wondering what kind of cereals would be good to eat--
Preferably, cereals that can be found in most supermarkets, because I don't have any health food stores near me.

Thanks! I'd appreciate any help I can get on this!

This posts should help http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=63954 and http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=69253

You can always go to the Search this forum and search for words. I've searched for Uncle Sam's to find these but there are other acceptable cereals.

Kashi makes a new whole grain flake cereal that's really good. It's made with several different kinds of whole grains. I don't crave after eating it like I do most cereals. I found mine at Meijers but it's new so should be arriving at other stores soon.

I also like the FiberOne flakes. They're good and loaded with fiber but don't taste like cardboard. Shredded wheat is my alltime fav but tends to make me crave more carbs so I eat it only occasionally.

I like Post Shredded Wheat and Bran - nothing but shredded wheat and bran in the ingredients:

Fiber1 is excellent. I believe it has a hint of artificial sweetner added. I like it.
