  • Ouch, rough week this week. Only 3/5 workouts. The weekend got away from me completely, Monday I was in work from 7:30AM-10:30PM, and Thursday I totally blew it off. So many chances to do better! Just one more week to finish off the month, and I am promising myself that I WILL do better!

  • A small update...

    My back is doing fantastic. One of the vertaraes is completely healed and the other about 80%. Dr is very impressed with my progress. She says I am healing like a 20 year old. The second vertabrae should be completely healed in 10-14 days, which means this whole fusing process only took 8 weeks. -- The bones still be weak and I have to be cautious with my movements.

    Today is a big day; I am finally going to walk outdoors! And I am very excited! Hubby is going with me to "control" the doggie. If she were to yank me in a leash, I could re-injure my back. I will also wear my crampons, and they are heavy duty ones with big spikes.
