Last night we had cauliflower crust pizzas - one pesto and cheese and one with sauce, the co-op's own chicken sausage (so low fat I have to add oil to cook it), mushrooms, and more cheese. Then I made
peanut butter pie for dessert with a thin chocolate layer over the top. I actually didn't notice the additional sweetener in the recipe until after the pie was done. We didn't miss it at all.
I'm working on the menu for the week. Definitely trying that cauliflower cabbage dish.
