    Hi Everyone,

    I'm new to this site and it's taken a while to get my registration sorted, but starting fresh in October is perfect for me...

    So, my goals for this month are:
    No alcohol until my friend's wedding at the end of the month
    To stick with the insanity fitness programme (started this morning)
    To keep my net calories each week under 1500.

    Weight loss goals:
    SW 146
    CR 146
    GW 137

    Oct 1st - (Will weight myself in the evenings)

  • I am SO in!! I haven't made the last two months goals so this month I gonna make a small goal and hopefully blow it out of the water! I am going to shoot for 4 pounds this month.

  • October weight loss, here I come!

    My goal this month is 1.3kgs to get to 64 kgs. If I get there this month, I'll be back to the lowest weight I've been my entire adult life. I'm so glad I joined these threads and I'm grateful to those who have given me support because it's helping me to get back on track and monitor my weight again!

  • No change for me this morning, which I was pleased to see. I lost a pound yesterday, and I thought all or some portion of that loss would reverse itself today. But, no… yesterday’s loss seems to be sticking… yeah!

    Minneey, welcome! Is weighing in the evenings more convenient for you? I'm just curious since most people weigh in the mornings when they tend to weigh less.

    Woohoo, I dropped a lb overnight! 188 lbs today! October is my favorite month. Let's hope it keeps being good to me!

    I got back to my maintenance weight range in September but didn't stay there. In October, I'd like to get well into the middle of the range so maybe it will stick.
