    I'm down 12 pounds! can you believe it!!

    I eat plenty of: vegetables, raisins, nuts
    and some: fruit, meat, fish, bread/pasta, olive oil, cereal, trail mix.
    and every now and then: treats like an ice cream, a piece of cake or pizza.


    No chocolate the last two weeks!

    I work out 5 times a week.

    I do have some skin problems , however, don't know if it's hormones or something else???
    Do you have any tips on how to stay motivated I feel like I'm at a vunerable point now, as my appetite is growing??
