    60 minutes Stairmaster, resistance at nine, aerobic intervals, split before & after lifting
    60 minutes shoulders, chest & triceps routine
  • June 4: 65 min elliptical, 45 min dog walk
  • June 4: 7 miles running (56:06)
    45 minutes weight lifting (biceps and shoulders)

    June 3: 60 minute walk with dd and her service dog. I had trouble getting my heart rate up as they are slow so I did part of the walk running backwards with a backpack on!

  • June 4: Leg day - Bulgarian split squats, leg raises, leg press (triggered bad sciatic pain ), calf raises
  • Wednesday, June 5th:

    45 minute spin class with weight intervals

    But the weather is sunny yet comfortably cool, and I longed to be running rather than indoors, even in spin class.

  • June 5:
    -5.1 miles on bike path, 45:20
  • June 6: spin class, 45 min dog walk
  • OMGosh! I just discovered today I can do 1-2 unassisted pullups at a time!

    This is a very major achievement, I remember in middle school not being able to hold my chin over the bar starting from standing on a chair!
  • Yay Krampus!!! I can do a few chin-ups, but only 1 unassisted pullup at a time!

    50 minutes weight lifting (legs and back)
