  • Okay, so far...

    3 waters
2 coffees with no fat milk
1 cup berries with no fat yogurt

low cal/fat chicken pasta bowl thingy

1 crispbread with 1 tsp peanut butter

2 pieces of toast with low fat marg...(damn! I was just so cold and cranky!)

    Here's the rest, Wildfire.

bowl of low fat cereal with no fat milk

lemon grass rice with stir fried vegetables plus half a chicken breast
bowl of low fat yogurt ice cream with no fat butterscotch sauce

    bowl of Rolo ice cream

    4 more waters

And I've had two baths today to warm me up. I suspect I'm iron-deficient. I'm taking naps EVERY afternoon! I just can't keep my eyes open.

    -3 capsules iron suppliment
  • Ellis, you aren't eating enough! What did you eat for dinner? Strange as it seems, maybe you need to eat MORE to get your body to lose the weight.

    Today:
Breakfast: Everything bagel with light cream cheese ( 6pts)
    tea

    Lunch:
Teriyaki Rice Bowl frozen dinner (6 pts)
    1/2 snack cake (2pt)

    Dinner:
Homemade Swedish meatballs (98% FF meat, tomato based tangy sauce) Guessing at points in 4 meatballs....5 points?
    1 cup Rice a Roni (6 pts)

    Total: 25 points
    Water: not enough...bad tummy today

I might just splurge with the couple of points I have left and have an ice cream cone. (1/2 cup LF ice-cream) Gotta work on the fruits/veggies. The few veggies in the rice bowl aren't enough.
  • Cute, Wildfire. I haven't finished yet... I'll go and fill it in, and you'll see that I'm eating WAY too much!
YOU'RE eating really well! Good for you, girl!
