Cinnamon crisps

  • whole wheat low-carb tortillas
    non-stick cooking spray
    cinnamon
    Splenda

    Preheat oven to 425*. Spray tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon and Splenda to taste. Cut tortillas into fourths. Bake on cookie sheet 8-10 minutes or until turning brown on the edges. Cool.

    These are great dipped in applesauce or low-fat sugar-free strawberry cream cheese. They would also be a good companion to scrambled eggs for brunch, in place of cinnamon rolls or cinnamon toast.
