  • I didn't make my April goal. For all the hiking and walking I did I weighed in at 155 this morning. The scale goddess is going to get 2 ripe tomatoes for this one. My daughter said it is muscle gain not fat weight gain. I would like to think so but muscle takes less space because it is more compact and muscle takes more calories to sustain itself. I don't know if i gained muscle at all. Im up for the May challenge. Ready to start all over again

    This month I did it better than what I expected although this week I only lost 0.2 at least I did not gain. I have already decided that for next month I want to lose 7.4 pounds to be 160. This month I lost 8.8 pounds.
  • My Goal for April is to get out of the 230's. Last month I gained + 5.2 LBS.

    I gained again +2.8 LBS! Hope to do better next month.
  • So, I didn't meet my goal of Onderland this month, however I went to my neurologist today and got a major NSV: I'm essentially cured of my disorder! Hopefully as long as I keep my weight down and I keep intake of Vitamin A at a minimum (Vitamin A can trigger the illness), I'll be okay!

  • Soooo I weighed in at 197 this morning. I'm seriously considering a scale burning. This is quite far from my goal of 192. I think a lot of it is water weight from some bar food I ate the other day. Darn you scale, darn you.

  • I didn't make my goal this month. But I did lose 2 pounds and I'll take what I can get. I've got a big project I've worked on since October that ends next Saturday. Perhaps at that point I can get my act together.

  • Didn't make my April goal Hope to see some action next month with the nice weather and getting outside more. Congrats to those who made their goals!
  • I did not make my goal either. I ended up being 3lbs away from goal.

    I did decide to start calorie counting again. Hopefully I will do better next month.

    Hello everyone. I realize I've been MIA for a bit. I just got tired of trying so hard and not seeing much happening. I also think I overdid it with the exercise, maybe a little too much. I am at 227 right now, which either puts me at a 1lb loss this month or nothing at all. Boy when I go off I really go off. Anyway, I'm going to eliminate a few choice foods from my diet since I can't seem to stay away once I start, and I'll see you in next month's challenge!

  • I definitely didn't reach goal. I gained 10 lbs. May is going to be sooo different!
  • I did make my April goal of trying one new veggie as well as ONEderland! I tried spaghetti squash and zucchini!

    I'm figuring out my May goal and will find the new thread!
