WatKat thank you so very much for taking the time and effort to list this out for me. I've been so unsure and feeling guilty when having this little pleasure at night. I squeeze a little lime juice into the seltzer and it is delightful. I'm also aware that carbs at .03 is for 1oz... multiply that by 8oz and that number becomes .24. Still not bad but not 0. Smile. I'm not sure about the extracts for the drink recipes but my research shows that they are probably OK but I'm thinking should be limited.
