Bleah. But I knew yesterday would be a killer - I ate out and lots of salty food, plus dessert. I do think it's temporary. I was over my calorie limit by 1200 or so .. not enough to gain a full #. I know that.
Just enough salt and processed stuff to make me bloat.
I'm still hoping for a whoosh on Tuesday when my TOM ends.
