Quote:
1: When you are hungry, eat.
2: Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
3: Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.
4: When you think you are full, stop eating.
So, briefly, what are the techniques to change what you 'want' if it's all the wrong foods? Like high fat and salt?1: When you are hungry, eat.
2: Eat what you want, not what you think you should.
3: Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.
4: When you think you are full, stop eating.
Also, does anyone else have trouble knowing when they are full? I have reflux, and nervous stomach, and even after I've eaten enough, I still actually feel hungry, because it's hard to tell the difference between hunger pangs and nervous stomach pains.
I love the concept, but am not sure it would work for me.
