Thank you! My doctor says I should shoot for between 198 and 210 - we will just have to see how it goes. I have been having a good steady weight loss so it really is going to come down to body...

Well, as of today - I have made it out of the obese BMI designation down to overweight. Who would have thought being overweight would feel so darn good. :)
