Well, I don't feel any heavier, for whatever that's worth. :dance: I weigh in tomorrow so will know for sure.
The only negative I can see so far is that I'm pathetic at handling alcohol w/o food...

I had an Ian dinner tonight
I drank two pints for dinner tonight. Good times. :D I haven't had any beer in a month. I'm hoping the beer gods will be as kind to me as they have been to Ian and not throw off my weigh in on...
