I gotcha. I looked over the nutritional info, you're still kind of choosing the lesser of evils with any hot dog, but MY personal inclination would be to go with the Applegate Farms, or the Lightlife...

- very high sodium
- low in protein

Even if you can find the low fat, no filler kind of dog, you have to eat four or five hot dogs to get the equivalent...
