Today I went to the gym and did a total body...

Today I went to the gym and did a total body weight workout.
I volunteer at an animal shelter and tonight I'm going to a walk a few dogs. not very strenuous, but still it helps.

sunday i did weights/toning at my house, didn't feel like going to the gym,

today i did the bike for 10 min and the elliptical for 30, good workout!
