I was just about to have my IP packet at lunch when I read this. Oh MY, heating the chocolate drink is so good! What a treat. Thank you for the suggestion, definitely does not taste like diet food.

I had my second WI today, down another 4 lbs! This is amazing. I have NEVER lost 4 lbs in one week on any diet (and, i have done most of them ;) I have read here about the dreaded week 3 weigh in....
