Thanks for asking...as you can see by my signature, I lost 6 pounds this week!!! So you were right about a good weight loss. I didn't realize when I changed my ticker it changes...

Hi all, I stayed the same this week...which is ok, I guess, since I had a couple bad days due to son's birthday party...no excuse though! But at least I didn't gain. Whew!

I just posted on the week 1 thread and should have posted here. I had a bad weekend but still lost 2 pounds this past week! So I will try to have perfect days this week.

For week 2, lost 4 pounds. I am not very strict on the evening meal yet. But I will keep on it. I will go in and change my signature to reflect it.
