I have never included the starch either just...

I have never included the starch either just because I was afraid it would turn me into a carb craving monster...I think I will just keep omitting it!

I'm psyched after my first full week loss...it...

I'm psyched after my first full week loss...it ended up being 11 pounds...it has me motivated for week 2! :D I know the week 2 loss wont be that huge, but I am still excited!
I love all their food...

I restarted last friday and did an unofficial weigh in this morning... 10 lbs!!!!!
Cant wait to see what the scale says tomorrow morning at official weigh in! No big secret...stuck to it firmly...

I have lost 6lbs in the last 5 days and there were a couple slips in the first 2 days. Those are all behind me now and I am focused and ready to take no prisoners!

ha well, my first day was a wash...I had a 24 hour bug of some sort...wretched headache and upset stomach so I started the next day and so far/so good. Just gotta make sure to get those drinks in...
