I can relate to this a lot, I have generalized anxiety, social phobias among other things and because of the meds I take, I gained 120 pounds in a few years and I can't seem to lose it no matter what...

I use antiperspirant deodorant and that works well. Or I use leggings. Shorts needs to be long for me otherwise it rubs and hurts like crap.
