Hey ladies -
I went to a nutritionist because I'm really concerned about weight gain this pregnancy. I've already gained ~5 lbs and I'm already 35-40 lb overweight. So my calorie recommendations are 1400/day in the 1st trimester (which I'm almost out of) and 1800 cals/day on the 2nd and 3rd. I just ordered the updated WW at home plan (my materials are out of date) but wonder if the approximate 50 cals = 1 point is still true or if that's no longer a reliable equivalent with the new plan? This is definitely our last child and I'd really like to not
have 50+ pounds to lose after this pregnancy
I have no excuses after this one, the baby weight has to go! Prior to kids I was 5'3" and 130, really want to get back there...
