Hi Cyndi and welcome! I'm doing a low-ish carb, paleo-like diet, but I really just started. I was only half-heartedly "dieting" for the past several weeks - I didn't really have the money to buy decent food, so I've been eating a lot of things like potatoes, mac 'n cheese, and hot dogs.

42 weeks (yes, hah): Around 165-8lbs
1 week postpartum: 145lbs (wow, what a great diet!)
Nursing is going great, obviously at only 1 week, I cannot eat to 'lose weight', just trying to make good choices and follow my little man's lead so that he gets the nutrition he needs. He has already gained 100 grams over his birth weight (8lb 7oz) in 5 days, so I must be doing something right!
Nursing this time has been a completely different experience, my first had already lost 1 full pound by 1 week (). Look forward to this journey a lot more!

3 week postpartum: 144.5lbs (slow but I am still building my supply so still eating above maintenance)
My little man is 7.5 months old, and although I'm still breastfeeding he eats three spoonfeeds a day now. Time to try getting myself back into some sort of shape!
Anybody else find that their daily weight depends on whether they've just nursed or not? My weight can vary by 4-5lbs depending on whether or not I'm full of milk.

My little man is 8 months old.
My weight can vary by 1-2 lbs, I always do my weigh-in first thing in the morning after baby boy has nursed.
CleverName, it's such a fun age! I have two older girls too, and we're all having a really great time with LittleMan right now.
I try to weigh after he nurses in the morning too, but it depends on whether he sleeps later than me or not. Most mornings he likes a morning feed, but on days I work I have to be up before he's ready to stir. Those mornings I really miss our early nurse and cuddle!
