Hey everyone

Just to let you all know i got the results back for the urine test and it was a normal result so i dont have a bladder infection , but i dont know why i had the cramp either but its gone so no need to worry now.

Thanks to everyone for there concern.... i love you guys

Hi Ladies!

Hope that everyone is doing well and staying away from the Halloween candy (unlike me). I am still pretty sick but am working on a food plan for the rest of the week starting tomorrow.
