I have had to buy size 11's. Yesterday, I bought a size 9-1/2!!!! And it is a wee bit too big (but 9's were still too small).
zoesmom, that is great !!

2013 UH, that is why I make the oatmeal a pancake or mix with WS pancake and make muffins! Do you have the muffin recipe? Let us know if you need it, one of us will post for you.

zGirl21 glad you are joining us. Remember, if you workout a lot you may want to cutback when you first start WS program or you may need to add an extra packet.

Okay, so inquiring minds want to know.. What did you order??

I have to place an order, just deciding if I want to place today, it will arrive on Saturday or wait until Monday to see what the new sales are.

zoesmom Have you tried any of the Bariwise Bars? I know Dietdirect has 20 % off on them and they have more protein than WS bars.

What's for lunch? It is 1:30 here, and I haven't eaten yet.. Got to run

From WonderSlim Lifestyle Guide:

Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins

1 pkt WS Hot Cakes

1 pkt WS Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

1/4 c Water

Preheat toaster oven to 400 degrees (I used my regular oven ). Coat 2 foil muffin cups with fat free cooking spray. Combine dry mixes and water, stir until all powder is incorporated into batter. Divide batter between 2 foil muffin cups and place on a baking sheet . Bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 2 muffins = 2 servings

Of course, you can always add some spices to the batter, if you prefer.

irish-I recommend staying far far away from the Bariwise bars. I bought a box of variety thinking I might get a nice new mixture of flavors and added protein as well. Outside of the strawberry cheesecake (which was pretty good really) they reminded me of the chocolate cake's third world cousins. Not so nice really.

zGIRL21 - glad to have you on board. WS is not a miracle cure, but a tool to help you achieve a goal in a changed lifestyle. As pointed out, if you are exercising, cut back or increase your caloric intake. You want to keep your net caloric intake between 900-1200 a day. So, if you burn 500 calories a day, for example, you'll want to eat 1400-1700 calories a day. If you "eat your calories" as my doctor put it, you will either gain or go no where. Since WS was created with the mindset of not needing to exercise, it is best to limit it to 45 minutes a day or less. Or none. I exercise. And I add a EAS Carb AdvantEDGE shake on exercise days to gain those lost calories back.

2013 - I am odd man out...I actually like the oatmeal, but I alter it other than package instructions to make it taste better. But, I like the muffins better. I always add a pack of Splenda, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring, a dash of cinnamon, and 1 ounce extra water (gets too dry for me if I don't.) To me, that makes it.

Off to my scheduled cheat night due to ballet class for little Zubs. I'm still trying to decide between sirloin and salmon....guess I'll figure it out when I get to the restaurant.

Toodles! Time to watch a bunch of toddlers dance.

Thanks. zoesmom. I will skip the Bariwise bars.

Have a good time with the dancing tots. Oh and I would do the sirloin...you had salmon last night. ( Of course, I don't like salmon).

2013 What veggies did you decide on?

I settled for the sirloin. Took a 6 ouncer, cut it in half, ate 1/2 my brocolli and 1/2 my carrots and a bite of chicken finger my 3 year old shoved in my mouth nothing like mystery food!

I did good...although I tend to on my "cheat" days. For me, the cheating is not eating at home. I tend to still behave. Although, I have been ravenous today and am insanely hungry with no calories currently available to eat.

2013 - By default. My daughter has ballet every Thursday. Her class is during dinner time. Obviously, I can't be in two places at once and by the time we get home, it is too late to cook dinner and get her fed before bed time...so we go out to eat, since it is quicker. We usually hit up Cheddar's as it has a menu that appeals to all of us. I tend to order the grilled salmon, sirloin, or lemon pepper chicken and always two veggies. sometimes the "crack" croissant, but I have to be careful with that...GODS that thing is good! I always immediately put 1/2 my meal in a to go box before I start to eat so I am not tempted to over indulge. My cheat days really aren't all that bad. I still stick to the plan, except I don't dwell on every little ounce or measurement like I would if at home. More or less, my caloric consumption is the same, just, I get the pleasure of feeling naughty, even if I really am not.

Thank you for all of the warm welcomes! Yes, I'm planning to cut back on exercising, at least for the first week or so until my body adjusts. Then I will add back slowly and adjust calories as needed.

Here is what I ordered:

WonderSlim Chocolate Cream Aspartame Free Pudding-Shakes
WonderSlim Dark Cocoa Cream Aspartame Free Pudding-Shakes
WonderSlim Double Chocolate Cake
WonderSlim Crispy Peanut Meal Replacement Nutrition Bars
WonderSlim Crispy Cinnamon Meal Replacement Nutrition Bars
WonderSlim Crispy Fudge and Graham Meal Replacement Nutrition Bars
WonderSlim Diet Cinna-Crunch 'n Chocolate
WonderSlim Hot Cakes
WonderSlim Spicy Cheese 'n Pasta
WonderSlim Diet Creamy Alfredo Pasta
WonderSlim Chicken with Noodle Soups
WonderSlim Pretzel Snacks
WonderSlim Chili with Beans

I only ordered 2 weeks worth of food to start with so I could be sure that I can tolerate the processed food/soy/artificial sweeteners/etc that I haven't eaten in so long. My shipment is set to arrive on Monday - I'll be enjoying my carbs this weekend!

^ I've done that recently, but I used ground turkey, no salsa, and a fat free spritzer dressing (forgot what kind). came out pretty good too. I use whole grain taco shells though.
