That is a fantastic start!!!
I was bad over the weekend. Friday I had pizza, Saturday I ate a bunch of cashews and chocolate covered raisins instead of dinner -- I was being lazy. Sunday I took two very long walks in penance and got back on program. When I weighed in yesterday I had *surprisingly* lost 2 lbs. I am certain that part of what saved me last week was I ate a lot of veggies. (I adjusted my tracker a bit to reflect my actual start weight and pounds shed.)
I was very happy about the weight loss but also realize I am in this “how much can I push the envelope and still loose?” pattern which will be my downfall if I continue. This week my goal is to stay 100% on program, do a lot of walking and eat lots of veggies – to that end, you should see what I brought for lunch today: a container of asparagus (lightly steamed w/ non-fat sesame salad dressing) and two containers of cooked broccoli with a little Asian sauce for flavor.
