wrote this out for my sponsor last night. wish i had copied myself on it

Telephone - emailed a newbie, PMed with a newbie
Writing - journal, a little step 4
Literature - read some VOR and I think something else but couldn't remember what
Sponsorship - yep
Plan of Eating - nope. i ate an extra strawberry and a few grapes. wouldn't ssweat it but i need to be honest. i need to be careful or these little bites will become a binge. ii thank God for the accountability of reporting on the tools, because that was what made me be honest with myself about it.
Anonimity - yepper
Meeting - one meeting
Service - shared at meeting, led part of it, PM/emailed a couple of newbies

How do we work this program?
Through Honesty Openmidedness and Willingness

I've heard of fellow memebers who have started long years of binging and misery off of something as simple as a few extras of their "safe" foods.
Honesty does keep us accountable

yeah. starting with honesty with myself. i've gotten good at not noticing what i don't want to see. between the tools and the literature and the people who support me, God has several ways to show me things that i'm hiding from myself.
