TOM screwed me up big time, plus anniversary then the 4th...back to normal now, though...
Just can't give up, 179.0 this a.m. I'm still shooting for 175, but again this month I'll be happy to be 179.9 at the end of the month...summer is tough, but great!!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend! Mine was fun and busy. I had my first weigh in this morning and lost 6 pounds! I know it's water but 6 IS 6 and I'll take it! My son lost 8 and I so very proud of how hard he is working! We are gonna do it this time, I'm sure of it!

Hey guys. Long time no see. I just wanted to pop in and say hello. I can't manage to keep up with the boards anymore, plus I no longer follow WW so it just wouldn't be right to post in here. I hope you are all doing well, though.

I'm down 130 pounds now and just have another 20-ish to go. I'm not worried about it because it's coming off. I'm in no hurry.

I hope you are all feeling happy and healthy. I miss the old crew in here so hopefully someone sees my note. Smile--I think of you guys often.

Edit: I am finally getting a pug! We will be taking him home on Sunday. I'm beyond excited. He's not the same as the little guy in my avatar--he's much cuter. Peace and love, all.

I used to be part of this group and am back on WW. I have been on for 3 weeks now and down 6.8! So far so good! Looking forward to joining this group again!!

Hi all!
Just got back from WW, down 2lbs this week! I was little scared to go weigh-in today. We had a very busy weekend, and needless to say a lot of drinking was involved. However, I was able to still come up with a loss this week! 4 more lbs and I will be at the lowest weight I ever was on WW before! YEAH!!

Tomorrow morning will be my 3rd weigh in. Sofar I am down 6.4 lbs. with WW but have lost a little under 10 lbs. as I was dieting b4 I joined WW. Hopefully tomorrows numbers will be good, I have to go for a LONG BRISK walk tonight when I get home. Perfect weather for it.

How is everyone else doing?

So, I'm back... I've been off plan for a very long time and have just gone crazy with eating and not exercising.

I just re-joined weight watchers online and am so excited that this is my 3rd day staying withing my points I have even exercised each day.

Anyway, I am looking forward to chatting with you all and encouraging each other
