No more chocolate!

  • I have been stuck on WW lately and not losing any weight. I know part of it is chocolate. I plan to just have 3 Hershey Dark Chocolate Kisses a day, but it frequently ends up being 6 or 7 and I don't always count the points.

    So, for the last 3 days I have had no chocolate. I have had cocoa roasted almonds and sugar free jello pudding that is chocolate. But not one Hershey's Kiss or even a Tootsie Roll. I am hoping this will help me get the scale moving again.
  • Sheena - yay for you, realizing what the problem is, (or at least part of it) and doing something about it! Hopefully, this is just what you need to get that scale moving again.
