Thank you all! It feels so nice to have others who understand what I am going through. My family doesn't really get it. I just returned from the Goodwill to take my little ones school shopping (yes, we are that low budget!!!) and to my surprise I bought 2 pairs of size 12 jeans!!! OK so they are the relaxed fit type but who cares, they fit!!! Those skinny little 10's and 7's I saved for the last 9 years are in sight, but probably not until I'm under 145 or so. But its a goal within reach now.

lilybelle- I hear you about the high school size!! I am almost 42 and have had 4 kids, not sure my high school figure can ever be found again, LOL

WE CAN DO THIS!!!

Congrats. I am one pound away from "just overweight" myself. The fun of being 5' tall.

LOL, my mother is 4'11". I feel lucky to be 5'3" in my family, my 23 year old only made it to 5'1" but my 13 year old is already 5' 5" and growing.

Phantastica--if it makes you feel any better--a ton is 2000 pounds, so you are way under a quarter of a ton which would be 500 lbs.

Congratulations!!!! It feels good, eh? I know how you feel. According to my fitday, i just reached the "moderatly over weight" area on the chart.

Misty, I'm with you (once again ) . My frame is just too big for those teensy weensy sizes. At my smallest adult weight ever (about 125lbs), I wore a size 9/10, and i'm 5ft 7 too.

Congrats! Out of obesity is my next main goal too! I know what you mean about not sharing all of this info with the rest of the world... it would be weird to yell out my door, "I made it to Onederland" -- wouldn't it? Yeah, yeah, it would.

As for a goal weight, that seems so individual... I don't know what I even want my final goal to be yet. Hopefully your body will tell you when you're there!
