Since high school I have been a binge eater and my weight has gone up and down drastically, highest being 220 pounds. I thought I had it all figured out a few years ago when I reached my then lowest weight in the 160s. Then I got pregnant and gained A LOT
… After my son was born I knew I had to change my unhealthy dieting ways and make it a lifestyle. I am now at the weight I always dreamed about reaching, the 150s!
However, as happy and excited as I am to have reached this point I want to continue on this journey of fitness and clean eating. So even though I reached my original goal I am posting in mini goals because I’m still a work in progress. I do want to say thank you because this site has helped me through a lot of ups and downs.
