Default Mini Goal #1
Hi all.....I am new to 3fc however i started this particular weight loss journey about a month and a half ago.....and I am officially down 15 lbs so far, had a really bad week in there, so it could have been more...but i am not being to hard on myself about it....15 lbs is 15 lbs this mini goal and my second minni goal go hand in hand, i have .1 lbs to lose until I am officially OUT of the obese range!!!!

My next Mini goal is 195....thats 8 lbs from where I am now. I set a 10# loss goal for July, but I will be happy with the 8...just added the extra too to push a little harder

congrats to everyone who have reached their mini goals....!!
