Default mini-mini goal #1

so, i am losing ambition and drive, stuck at a plateau, like always so i thought i would post a mini-mini-goal. Only 18 lbs down, have 30 more to go ( to start will re-evaluate then) maybe this will get me motivated again. Not much of a change, i think it may actually just be the cloths i am wearing, cuz i dont see too much of a change....

I can imagine a platau being very annoying and frustrating, but do not loose hope. Its better to maintain than gain right? so baby steps and see what you can do to try burn up those 3500 calories.

Thanks gals, I am trying sort of a re-boot....upped my calories to just at the maintenance level for a few days as I get ready to go out of town for a month, then come monday I am going to lower them back down to my "losing" calories and see if that helps at all....i really want to get ten more lbs off this coming month. just ten.....i would be happy with 8 but i am going to strive for ten!
