It's been 90 days since I started logging on MFP religiously (I haven't been OP every single day, but I'm always keeping track and getting back on!) and I've lost about 32 pounds. I'm starting to notice some changes in my face, so here's some progress shots!
Top two shots are from Christmas Day at 276 pounds - bottom two are from yesterday after my run!
Congratulations!!! You look so pretty and can definitely see a difference!! And....I wish I looked that good after any exercise nevermind running!!
Congrats on logging for 90 days, the accountability is the important part. Logging the "bad" calories is just part of our learning curve and we have to do it.

90 days is awesome! I don't think I've ever logged faithfully for 90, let alone 30! Perhaps I need to start now. Thanks for the inspiration!
We are the same height and have pretty similar goals! It'd be cool to be MFP pals A 90 day accountability is pretty amazing. Some days I'll have binges and can't face the wrath of logging truthfully in MFP, so I choose not to log at all.
