I started trying to lose weight in October. I am finally down my first 20 though! Slow (veeeeeeeeery slow) and steady lifestyle changes are what I credit to my mini success.
I think I'm finally getting the hang of this - I'm hoping to lose my next 20 much faster since I still have 145 to go
PLUS I can fit into a pair of dress pants that been unworn in my closet for so long. Woohoo!!!
