The First 20

  • I started trying to lose weight in October. I am finally down my first 20 though! Slow (veeeeeeeeery slow) and steady lifestyle changes are what I credit to my mini success. I think I'm finally getting the hang of this - I'm hoping to lose my next 20 much faster since I still have 145 to go Ooooh boy.

    PLUS I can fit into a pair of dress pants that been unworn in my closet for so long. Woohoo!!!
  • Great job losing your first 20!! And congrats on the NSV wearing the pants in your closet, that's a great feeling!

    Try not to focus on the 145 you have left to lose, it might be easier to concentrate on mini-goals. I keep telling myself just 10 more pounds, just 10 more pounds. I'd make myself batty if I kept focusing on the 100 I want to lose.
