OK, so these last few lbs before I reach 185 or half way are just messing with me, but I recently won a biggest loser competition for which I was required to do periodic pictures. I was about 222 when the before picture was taken (my high was 235...cringe what that picture would have looked like!).
So here's me at 222.8 and about 187. I'm really excited to get out of the 180s and have more behind me than ahead... It seems each 10 lb increment after 200 really shows so I'm excited to get back into the lower numbers and see those big differences! I'm also training to cycle 125 miles over two days in September 2012, so the less I weigh, the less I have to haul!
