Im 22, mother one a 8 month baby girl, I weigh 18 stone 4 pound which is upsetting.
I started the cambridge diet today and I have done really well considering the amount of water you need to drink, I have already drunk 5 pints and im on my 6th pint, the more you drink the better.
I plan to do 100 days of 100%, no cheating at all, lose weight before christmas and my birthday (31st dec) then back on for valentines day
anyone have tips of staying on track or do you have a mini goal of you own?
