In a nutshell: Hurt my back Monday and told not to exercise for a week. Then went out to fancy show and mexican food of which I partook. Planned on weight gain because of these two factors even though I stuck to program rest of time.
Weighed in this morning and found I'd lost another 1.6lbs!
