Well I'm down 19.6lbs, and let me tell you I sure wish 20lbs was alot more noticible on me then it actually is lol. But I can't complain progress is progress, and I actually have some collar bones now!

You don`t see the change as much because you see yourself everyday. Take my word for it - you are definitely smaller across the tummy and hips! Good for you! Remember the paper towel rule - remove 1 piece of paper towel from a full roll and you won't notice much of a difference. Take 1 piece from an almost empty roll, and it's more noticable. You still removed the same piece of paper towel, and the only way to be an empty roll is one piece at a time!

I can tell the difference also. Especially thru the waist and hips. I'm the same way though. Down almost 23 pounds and really not that much of a difference. guess we gotta keep chugging on and it will eventually be more noticeable. i guess my thinking was that 20 some pounds seems like alot and i thought i'd look alot slimmer.
