I started the Ideal Protein protocol on March 29, 2011 at 177 pounds.
These are my 30 day progress photos. I've lost 12 pounds. There is only a little bit of a difference so far. But from everything I've heard, you really start to see a big difference at 8 weeks.
The last picture is from when I was at my heaviest at 220 pounds and decided I needed to start my journey to a healthier life.
