The heaviest picture wasn't even me truly at my heaviest but not far off it, I'll dig a better one out when I do my goal post soon. The slimmer pic was taken last week when I was 133, I'm now 130 and only 5lbs from my goal of 125, but I know already that I want to loose more, I think I'll be happier at 117 and focusing on toning. It's been a long road- I lost weight consistently to 135 and then regained and lost 10lbs over and over and over. I think at 140 I didn't feel really fat, but I also didn't feel really happy, but I just got a bit too comfortable and lost focus. Each time I would get to 131 I'd do endless binge eating and end up back at 140 so this is the lowest I have got, my binge eating is really under control these days and I'm not giving up, not a chance in ****, not this time- something is different. I carry most of my weight in my tummy, this is the area that I need to work on most.

You look fabulous my Virginia neighbor! :-) My reward for getting to my realistic goal of 144 pounds is to spend the day at VA Beach, in a bathing suit and actually go swimming! Secretly my ultimate goal is the same as yours. Maybe one day! Anyway, you look awesome and it gave me so much encouragement which I was lacking today!

I got from 199 to 140 in about a year or so, then I would yo-yo between 145ish to 131ish for about two years- oops. I lost and gained that part, over and over and over and over. I'm doing it this time though, I'm getting to goal.
