I absolutely notice a difference, nice work! I look forward to seeing your goal pics in the future, you already look pretty darn good, at goal you're going to look fabulous!
Thanks! But I really do think now that 125lbs is too low for me! I realize with my diet, Ideal Protein that I burn fat, just fat, not muscle and maybe 130 - 135 would be a better goal!
Vanessa- that would have been my comment as well, at 5'7" 125 is borderline underweight. I'm about your height and my goal is to try 135 and maybe work on sculpting at that point.
