Wink 50 days on plan! 37 lbs lost
I know that 37 is not a lot... but it's a LOT to lose in 50 days! So I thought I'd share some pics

The first pic is me Sept 29: 376 lbs
Second pic is me Nov 4: 345
Third pic is me Nov 16: 339
Four pic is me Nov 4: 345
Fifth pic is me Nov 16: 339

It's funny... I only lost 6 lbs in the two weeks between the november pics but I notice a big difference in my back fat especially.

I just wanted to share

You can definitely tell the difference in your face and forearms. Can't wait to see the New Years eve pics!

EDIT: Oh and 5 pounds a week must feel great!

Excellent...whatever you are doing...just keep doing it. 37 lbs in 50 days is extremely rapid loss & amazing

Remember the weight loss gets little slower for lot when the time advances...so while you should be really proud of yourself for achieving this much, don't lose heart when it goes little slow. I do wish the very best to you and hope that you reach your goals soon
